Sheriff graduated from Gambia College school of nursing and Midwifery in 1991 as a Registered Nurse. He also graduated from prestigious Fordham University in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Economics. He has been a nurse for 26 years and also has 2 years business and banking experience from Citibank as assistant branch manager.
Sheriff has a unique drive, perseverance, and exceptional skills to succeed in whatever he does. He worked for almost all major hospitals in greater Seattle area, specializing in intensive care and emergency room RN.
In 2006, Sheriff formed his first business, Brightstar International LLC (now Westfield Nursing Agency, LLC). It is a nursing agency that provides healthcare professionals to long-term care and major hospitals in all over Washington State. In 2010, he started Brightstar Nursing Assistants Training Institute (now Westfield Nursing Assistants Training Institute) in Lynnwood Washington.
Westfield Nursing Assistants Training Institute is a vocational school that trains and certifies Nursing Assistants. Westfield Nursing assistant training has since maintained a 4.8 to 5.0 rating in Google.
In 2015, he formed Caring Hearts Homecare Inc. (now Northside Home Health LLC) to provide quality caregivers for the elderly in the comfort of their homes.
